Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer UK delivery for all purchases. Please contact us for International orders.

​

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however should delays occur that are out of our control we will inform you.

​

Orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail post. Please allow 1-4 working days - (1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service). Please contact us should you wish to receive your order by a specific date.

​

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided during purchase. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

​

A signature may be required so someone needs to be in to receive the order, otherwise Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect/arrange re-delivery with your local delivery office. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

We will provide full Royal Mail tracking details on request if applicable.​
 



Returns

 

In the first instance we ask that you inform us by email within 3 working days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase, in order that we can address your concern.

Should the item need returning

The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

Please return product within 14 days of letting us know that you wish to return your order (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

​

Refunds will only be made, if the product is returned to us in an unused condition, in it's original packaging.

​

Postage will be reimbursed on items that are deemed to be faulty, limited to the value of First Class Royal Mail delivery for the sum of £4.50 only.
