With a heavy but hopeful heart, I wish to inform you that, owing to health reasons, I will be closing the shop on Gloucester Road. Our last day of trading in Ross-on-Wye, will be on the 30th of September.
BUT, this is not a Goodbye, but a transition to an exciting new beginning.
I am thrilled to announce that while the physical shop is closing, our journey together does not end here. I am opening a brand-new Showroom where you will still be able to explore and shop my fabulous collections that I know you have grown to love. This move is not only a necessity but also a chance for me to embrace a role I am deeply passionate about, being a Business Coach. It will allow me to dedicate more of my time to helping budding entrepreneurs flourish and expand their businesses, a role that I truly cherish. It also means I won’t be on my feet all day, which lately has been a struggle for me and on advice I’ve had to rethink my business offering.
At present, I have a wonderful selection of new stock available, accompanied by a special sale as I prepare to transition to a smaller stockroom space. Additionally, I am selling many of my shop fittings, cabinets, and display equipment. I invite you to visit before the closure and perhaps find a piece or two that resonates with you.
I would absolutely love to see you before I bid farewell to my beloved shop. It would be my pleasure to fill you in on all the exciting details of how you can continue to shop with me in the new location. If you can't make it in person, fear not, I will keep you updated with all the developments through emails and social media updates.
As I turn this page, I want to extend a VERY BIG THANK YOU for your unwavering support and loyalty of both Lainey’s & Silver Store. It has been a sheer privilege to get to know you and to help you Feel Fabulous & Sparkle through the years. I am eagerly looking forward to embarking on this new journey with you at my new location.
